Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change is immediate. For upgrades, the difference is calculated pro-rata over the remaining period.
You can activate a 30-day free trial on the paid plan of your choice, with no credit card and usable once per account. If you don't continue, your account automatically returns to the Free plan.
The annual plan involves a single upfront payment with a 20% discount. In the event of early withdrawal there is no proportional refund, but you can always switch to monthly billing at renewal.
You'll get a notification when you reach 90% of the monthly limit. If you exceed the threshold, new transactions are queued until renewal, or you can upgrade immediately.
Yes, we issue electronic invoices with VAT for all paid plans. For Enterprise plans, custom invoicing can be requested.
BYOK = Bring Your Own Key. Connect your API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, Mistral, OpenRouter or Perplexity) in the account settings. VATManager uses it to detect anomalies in transactions, query your data in natural language (NLQ) and run tax audits (skill audit). Your key is encrypted at rest (Fernet) and never exposed in plain text.
