The VAT rates for all 27 EU countries are updated automatically by our team the moment legislative changes take effect. You don't have to do anything.
We accept official CSV, XLSX and TXT files exported from Amazon Seller Central. For other marketplaces we support the native Shopify and eBay formats.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the account panel. There are no penalties or exit fees. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
